Rocketspark Hosting Plan: While we offer website design and development using the Rocketspark platform, you will need to purchase a separate Rocketspark hosting plan to keep your website live. View Pricing Here
Custom Domain and/or Email Hosting: If you require a custom domain name or email hosting, you'll need to purchase these in addition to your website, which you can do via RocketSpark (or any domain registrar and/or email hosting provider.)
Branding, and Photography: While we can help with basic content creation, if you need in-depth branding services, or professional photography, these will be an additional costs.
Font, Stock Image and Plugin Licensing: If you require specific licenses for any of the content or plugins your website, you'll need to have the necessary licenses. Otherwise, there are so many great free alternatives you can use.
Are You A Charity or Non-Profit?
We offer discounted web design services to support charities and non-profit organisations in their mission to make a positive impact in the world. In many cases, Rocketspark may also offer reduced rates for their hosting.

How long does it take to design and build a website?
4 to 8 weeks is typically how long it takes to design and build a website.
Keep in mind that if there are any special requirements or delays in getting content this will make the process longer.
Will I have input on the design process?
Of course you will, it’s your website after all. At our welcome meeting we will get create a design brief using the details you provide to guide our designs. As we progress through the design process, we will send you updates and if we are heading off track you can let us know so that we will make the changes to get it looking how you want.
How will the website be maintained and updated?
It will be your responsibility to maintain and update the website yourself. Don’t worry, we will provide you some initial training, and Rocketspark provides great customer service via phone or email so you will be in safe hands.
Will the website work on mobile?
Yes, we will optimise the design on mobile and desktop. Your website will adapt to any screen so your customers will have a great experience no matter how they access your website.
Will the website be optimised for search engines (SEO)?
Basic SEO is included in all of our packages, which includes adding metatags, image alt text and keywords to every page.
